Membership Committee - Develop strategies to grow and add value to WBOC membership
• Welcoming - Welcome guests at meetings, introducing them to WBOC and members
• Prospecting - Identify potential members and introduce them to WBOC
• Raffles - Identify potential raffle items and solicit members
• Connections Meetings – Coordinate meetings for connecting
• On the Towns – Coordinate showcasing and social events
• Recognition - Identify ways to recognize members
• Benefits - Identify and investigate ways to improve the value of membership

Programs Committee - Develop programs for WBOC, identifying and selecting program topics
• Logistics – Coordinating logistic items related to programs
• Speaker Coordination - Coordinating speakers needs for program
• Business Workshops - Coordinating workshops
• Collaborative Events – Coordinating events with other organizations
• Roundtables – Coordinating the groups and topics
• Holiday Auction - Annual event with proceeds going towards WBOC Scholarships
• Business Expo – Annual event where members exhibit in a trade show format
• Summer Soiree – Annual summer social event
• ATHENA – Award program to honor women leaders

Marketing Committee - Work on various aspects of marketing and communications
• Newsletter – Work on production of WBOC newsletter
• Website – Work on improving WBOC website
• Blog – Work on use of WBOC blog
• Public Relations – Work on identifying and submitting ideas for media coverage for WBOC
• Exhibiting – Work on exhibit opportunities for WBOC
• History – Work on capturing and maintaining WBOC history

Organization Committees – Specific organization projects
• Sponsorships - Identify and solicit potential sponsorships for WBOC organization and programs
• Partnerships - Identify and ‘formalize’ partnerships with appropriate organizations
• Philanthropy – Coordinate fulfillment of WBOC’s philanthropic mission
• Nominating/By-Laws – Update WBOC’s by-laws and develop a succession plan for leadership
• Special projects/tasks – for those who would like to help but would prefer short-term volunteering
