 “How did I survive such a horrible place, and how did I get in the best physical, emotional, and spiritual shape of my life here?” 

In an effort to capture that profound moment, I wrote myself an intimate two-page letter that ultimately evolved into My Prison Workout life-changing and motivational affirmations.
