The Cafe format is used to foster open, respectful public conversations around the world - in communities and corporations.

When you arrive at the WBOC World Cafe you'll find a welcoming environment with round tables.  Sit where you like and make yourself comfortable.  The evening will begin with a short presentation on the format.  To help spark conversation, we'll be starting with questions focusing on matters of significance to women in business.  Every so often, you'll move to a new table to "sprinkle" your ideas around and get new ideas as the conversations progress.
